- Turn on the heat, boil the milk and sugar.
- Add rice flour to it.
- Cook on slow heat till it becomes thick runny batter.
- Add cardamom powder and roasted pistachio into thick batter.
- Then, cook a bit till it becomes the smooth.
- Fill it in glasses or mud pots as you like and let it cool.
- Serve it cold.
