Ingredients
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 25 gm Rice Flour
  • 50 gm Pistachio
  • 75 gm Sugar
  • 1 Tea Spoon Cardamom Powder
  • Procedure
    1. Turn on the heat, boil the milk and sugar.
    2. Add rice flour to it.
    3. Cook on slow heat till it becomes thick runny batter.
    4. Add cardamom powder and roasted pistachio into thick batter.
    5. Then, cook a bit till it becomes the smooth.
    6. Fill it in glasses or mud pots as you like and let it cool.
    7. Serve it cold.
