Ingredients
  • 3 Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 200ml Chicken stock
  • 3 onion (sliced)
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Green Papers
  • salt, olive oil, green chillies
    coriander(chopped)
  • Procedure
    1. Combine the chicken with the marinade ingredients, cover with cling film and keep in fridge for two or more hours
    2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the sliced onions and peppers and fry for 5 minutes.
    3. Now add the chilli and cook for 2 minutes.
    4. Add marinated chicken and cook for 4 minutes.
    5. Then, add tomato puree to the chicken, sitr the mixture and leave it to cook for 10 minutes.
    6. Add the tomatoes and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
    7. Cook the chicken until the sauce is thickened.
    8. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve with rice.
